Domara Resort Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Reservations

• All reservations require a valid ID and payment confirmation.

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking; the balance is due upon check-in.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard check-in time: 3 PM.

• Standard check-out time: 10 AM.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 2 days before arrival: full refund.

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before arrival: 50% refund.

• No-show or cancellations less than 12 hours : no refund.

4. Resort Rules

• Smoking is prohibited inside domes and indoor facilities.

• Pets are not allowed (for sanitation purposes except service animals provided presenting documentations)

• Quiet hours: 10PM – 6 AM to respect all guests.

• Outside food and beverages is allowed but we have partners where you can order details in the information pack.

5. Use of Facilities

• Guests are responsible for keeping resort property in good condition.

• Damages, breakage, or loss of items will be charged accordingly.

• Facilities such as pool, jacuzzi, and shared areas must be used responsibly and at guests’ own risk.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• The resort is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables.

• Guests are advised to secure their belongings and use lockers/safes provided.

• Activities such as swimming, kayaking, or beach use are at guests’ own risk.

7. Health & Safety

• Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by resort staff.

• Any injuries, accidents, or medical issues must be reported immediately.

• The resort reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest engaging in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

8. Force Majeure

• The resort is not liable for cancellations or service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.

9. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected during booking will only be used for reservation management and guest services.

• The resort does not share guest information with third parties without consent.

10. Acceptance of Terms

• By confirming your booking and/or checking in, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
